First, I was sexually abused by an uncle. My family initially didn’t believe me, especially my grandma, my abuser’s mother. Then I was taken to my village to go for some sort of traditional cleansing against my wish, I was emotionally blackmailed into it. So I did. Sometime in November 2016, armed robbers broke into my house and raped me and my roommate. I was threatened never to mention my rape or else I’d be killed. I was tested and confirmed I had staphylococcus. I took drugs for it. I took drugs to ensure I didn’t get pregnant, and Also ARV DRUGS.
